As we expand our product offering, we are looking for a Marketing and Growth Lead to take ownership of our marketing and help drive growth through inbound channels. This is a hands-on role focused on building, testing, and refining how we reach new audiences, while strengthening Dealum’s brand and online presence.
You will define and execute our digital marketing activities in close collaboration with management and product. Working across both B2B and B2C audiences, you will turn complex market segments into clear messaging and practical acquisition funnels. The role combines structured thinking with day-to-day execution – experimenting, learning, and iterating to drive measurable growth.

This role is about building the foundations for Dealum’s next phase of growth – creating scalable inbound traction, strengthening our brand across new audiences, and helping shape how the platform evolves as our product offering expands.
You will have a high level of ownership and autonomy, with real responsibility for how marketing is built and executed at Dealum. Working closely with a small, high-performing team, you’ll define direction, test ideas, and turn learning into repeatable growth. The role is based in Tartu with flexible and hybrid working options.
